Come Join 'The Old Comrades Online Community'
Made by the Royal Hospital Chelsea, the home of the Chelsea pensioners.
Old Comrades is a free-to-use online community, designed for older veterans in the UK.
Through 'Old Comrades', veterans can connect and join a supportive network, surrounded by those with similar experiences.
Users can select their regional area for local news and events, join groups based on hobbies and interests, and access practical health and wellbeing assistance.
How To Join the Old Comrades Community.
To sign up to the Old Comrades online community, search for Old Comrades via your mobile phone app store.
There you can create an account with your name, email address and a password, after which a code will be sent out to verify your details.
Add a photo to personalise your account, then answer the four following questions:
- What was your service number?
- What was your rank?
- What was your service? (Army, Navy, RAF, Merchant Navy)
- What is your current age?
- How did you hear about us? (Make sure to mention Attention! Magazine)
Your answers will be reviewed within 48 hours, then you can get connecting!
